News to me (after an almost 40 year affiliation): Allison Transmission Inc. and Tennessee Technological University were both chartered in 1915! Then I found out that White Pine, TN (home to Nina Bay Farm) was also chartered in 1915. Therefore 2015 is a big year (personally) for centennial celebrations. Amazing…1915…two years before the U.S. entered WW1, followed by the Great Depression, followed by WW2, followed by Korean War, followed by the Space Program, ….
Each with unique roles survived and thrived in tumultuous times. Thank you!
