I like that attitude try it because you can think or not think when you are cleaning the house listening to music. Or scrubbing fkoira or washing fishes with the TV on. It is all noise you can listen or tune it out. I do it all the time or use to do it now I meditate cutting the lawn. I know my thought nay sound strange but it works for me especially music, let us know how you make out.
